Shipping policy

Tuber orders are shipped in September unless otherwise stated. 

Please ensure you correctly choose urban or rural courier fees at checkout as if you are rural and chose urban, then this can delay your package being sent until you are chased up to pay the difference so the package can be sent. This causes unnecessary delays for everyone who is awaiting an order.

All items are carefully packaged to protect tubers and seeds during transit. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier service and may vary depending on location.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address.

If your parcel arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist.

Shipping is currently available within New Zealand only.
