Returns & Refund Policy
All products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which requires goods to be of acceptable quality and match their description.
When refunds or replacements are offered
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
- Items arrive damaged.
- A plant is confirmed to be mislabeled (wrong variety supplied).
If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the tubers/seeds and packaging
This helps us assess the problem quickly.
Dahlia tuber eyes
All tubers are sent with visible eyes or shoots where possible.
If a tuber later proves to be blind (does not produce a viable shoot) despite proper planting conditions, please contact us with photos and order details. A replacement or refund will be provided.
What is not covered
Dahlias and seeds are living products, and their success depends on growing conditions. Because of this, we cannot guarantee:
- Germination rates for seeds
- Growth success
- Plant performance, colour variation, or flowering
- Tuber rot after planting or due to soil conditions, moisture levels, or storage after delivery
- Damage caused by weather, pests, soil conditions, or incorrect planting or storage after delivery
Mislabelled plants
If a dahlia is confirmed to be mislabelled once it flowers, please contact us with photos and your order details. A refund or replacement may be offered.
